Return/Refund Policy
1. Return Guidelines

Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Customized items and name-personalized items are non-returnable, unless found defective or damaged during shipping.

Mandatory: Kindly share a proper unboxing video and clear images of the received item to help us validate the exact issue.

Once the return is approved, we’ll coordinate the reverse pickup from your location.

In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office address.
2. Refund Process

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes our quality inspection, then after we’ll notify you about the refund approval.

If approved, your refund will be initiated to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Return courier charges, calculated based on product size and weight (approx. ₹300–₹2000), will be deducted from your refund.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Kindly provide:

3. Replacements

If you've received the wrong item, a defective product, or one that was damaged in transit, we’ll provide a free replacement of the same item.

Please report such cases within 24 hours of delivery, along with the required images and unboxing video.
4. Exchanges

Want to swap your order for a different size, design, or color? Exchanges are possible, subject to availability.

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide relevant images.

You’ll need to pay the difference in cost (if any), along with reverse pickup charges.

If the requested product is out of stock, you need to select a different product which is available in stock.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized or engraved products

Special request décor
-
Items that have been used, washed, or altered

Sale or clearance products, unless received damaged
6. Not Liked the Product / Change of Mind
We understand that personal preferences vary. However, as our items are crafted artworks, minor variations in color, finish, or texture are part of the product’s natural aesthetic and not eligible for return.
If you still wish to return:

Product must be in original condition and packaging

Returns will be verified, and refunds will be issued only if the product passes our quality check

Return shipping risk and cost are the responsibility of the customer

If the product is damaged during return transit or fails our inspection, no refund will be issued
