Cancellation Policy

At Purnatv, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation of Personalized Orders

Orders containing personalized or customized products cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.

As these items are tailor-made especially for you, we begin production shortly after the order is received. We appreciate your understanding that cancellations or changes are not possible for these uniquely crafted pieces.

2. Cancellation of Non-Personalized Orders

Customers may request a cancellation for non-customized products within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

• If the cancellation request is received after the order has been dispatched, a shipping fee and a Return to Origin (RTO) fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Cancellation of International Orders

All international orders are considered final and cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances once placed.

Due to the complex logistics and cross-border handling involved, we are unable to offer cancellations for international shipments. Thank you for your understanding.
